Assemblage (SMT/THT)

For SMT-assembly KCS uses three modern Pick-and-Place devices. Two of these are in line and are mainly used for the assembly of large and medium series.
The third device is used for the assembly of prototypes and 0-series, which ensures maximum flexibility during the design stage of your product. After the SMT-assembly the PCBs will be soldered by an reflow-oven.

• Wave soldering
• Selective soldering (by robot)

Integrated part of both forms of soldering is an extensive manual and/or mechanized visual, optical inspection before and after the process of soldering.
