Modifications and repairs

Depending on the type of product and the range of use electronic products might have to be modified or even repaired. By using sophisticated equipment KCS can place and remove ‘fine-pitch’ integrated circuits as well as ‘Ball Grid Array’- components.
Which method is chosen depends on size and complexity and is always decided with mutual consent.
